I’m usually one of the pickiest and best gamers I know when it comes to games-I said that provide context. But, when I played Ben 10 car games such as Saving Sparksvile. ben 10 vs bakugan the new flash titles from EA games(makers of Battle field Bad Company 2), they were all too hard or too easy.

Car games are very difficult to find starring every ones favorite teenage alien with over 1000 forms, Ben Teneson. So, it wasn’t surprising that I couldn’t come across one(especially since he doesn’t own a car and he usually just flies). But, when I stumbled across Saving sparkvile a one player flash game that took my mind completely off the genre of games I was looking for and just settled for a action adventure game. The plot is fairly simple you must destroy megawatt before he reaches and hydro electric damn to power himself up even further and to take over the planetarium exhibit and the city after(maybe a episode of ben 10?). You must shoot at megawatt as Heat blast(one of the aliens ben 10 transforms into) at his weak spots that are flashing in red. You move heatblast around with your mouse and fire by a left or right click of the mouse. Heat blasts health is on the left side while megawatts health is on the right side, my only problem with this games is the fact that you cant move and shoot at the same time with out being hit by one of the cars that megawatt is throwing and to add another layer of diffivulty theres weird things that pop up in fron of the characters and makes the screen feel way too busy and makes things very hard to see and dodge.

Ben 10 vs bakugan tho was a flash title that I thoroughly enjoyed. Theres really no plot in this game and you just have to shoot each other with a bow and arrow, simple enough right? Wrong as it follows the formula of the popular game worms with you must figure out the angle and then figure how much power your going to put behind the shot. It’s a simple formula that’s worked for ages and hey if it isn’t broken don’t fix it right? You can choose to play as either ben teneson or a character from the show “bakugan”. This game wasn’t as hard as the other flash title and it was a lot more fun too, but as you got to the later level the difficulty really ramped up and I had a hard time at work not shouting at my computer screen cuz of it. Other then that it’s a great game and had tons of fun playing it.

Ben 10 car games are truly hard to find (especially since ben rather fly then drive) so it was a surprise I didn’t come across one but you should defiantly check out these flash games as there a nice substitute.
